Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for a leading client in the Tobacco Industry. The role is responsible for overseeing sales operations in Islamabad & Rawalpindi, managing distribution networks, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, strategy, and distribution management, preferably in Tobacco or FMCG.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Manage and expand distribution networks across Islamabad & Rawalpindi.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present business insights to senior management.

Drive trade marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 10+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in Tobacco or FMCG.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of distribution management and sales operations.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
