We offer different types of accounts for Members and Organizations. Each account type may have different features, limitations, and pricing. You agree to use the account type that corresponds to your intended use of the Services.
4. Services
Pakistan Global Alumni Network provides a platform that enables alumni networking, professional development, and community engagement. The Services include, but are not limited to:
- Member profile creation and management
- Event discovery and registration
- Job board and career opportunities
- Networking and collaboration tools
- Thematic Working Groups participation
- Resource library access
- Newsletter and communication services
4.1 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
4.2 Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party services, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
5. User Content

9. Termination

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakistan Global Alumni Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Dispute Resolution
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
