Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Project Director (PPS-10). The role involves leading, planning, and managing strategic IT and software industry development projects in line with national digital growth objectives.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale IT and software sector projects

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and partners

Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery

Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management

Ensure compliance with government policies and project guidelines
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field

Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience

Proven experience in project leadership and management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in government, IT, or software export sector projects will be preferred
