Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Zendesk applications and workflows.

Integrate Zendesk with other business tools and accounting software via APIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize customer support operations through automation and efficient configurations.

Create and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations.

Stay up to date with industry best practices, Zendesk updates, and related technologies.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Zendesk development.

Proficiency in APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong understanding of the accounting industry and its software requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
