The Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MOITT) is seeking a Senior Manager Monitoring & Evaluation to oversee and strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes for IT and telecommunication projects. The role focuses on assessing project performance, ensuring accountability, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for IT projects.

Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics.

Conduct evaluations to assess project outcomes and impact.

Provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data collection and reporting.

Prepare detailed reports for senior management and funding agencies.
Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.

Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of project management and IT/telecommunication sector is preferred.

Experience with M&E tools, methodologies, and data analysis software.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
