Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Program Manager – Eco System under its initiative for Revamping of IT Industry Landscape. The role involves managing ecosystem development programs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of IT sector development projects.
Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute ecosystem development programs for the IT industry

Coordinate with public and private sector stakeholders

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

Ensure alignment of projects with national IT industry growth objectives
Requirements

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project/program management

Proven experience in managing large-scale development or IT programs

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
