The Well & Co Group is seeking a remote HR Talent Hunter to design and execute innovative hiring systems capable of finding, onboarding, and deploying skilled workers to rural towns across Australia within days. This role focuses on strategic talent sourcing, system creation, and recruitment operations management in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities

Design and implement a scalable system to locate and deploy workers across rural Australia.

Conduct localized recruitment campaigns using online platforms and community outreach.

Build and manage a rapid response pool of deployable candidates.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding.

Communicate progress directly to leadership through transparent updates.

Continuously refine recruitment processes to increase speed and reliability.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience.

Exceptional English communication and persuasive interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability (“Systematic Jugaad” mindset).

Ability to work independently under pressure and manage shifting priorities.

Strong organizational and digital literacy skills (social media, community groups, etc.).
