National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Director (Semantic Lead) on a contract basis. The role focuses on leading semantic technologies, data modeling, and knowledge representation initiatives to support NADRA’s large-scale information systems and digital services.
Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of semantic models, ontologies, and knowledge graphs

Ensure data standardization, interoperability, and semantic consistency across systems

Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and architects on semantic solutions

Oversee integration of semantic technologies within enterprise IT platforms

Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for semantic data management
Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in Information Technology

Strong expertise in semantic technologies, data modeling, and knowledge representation

Experience with large-scale databases, data integration, and enterprise systems

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
