The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from highly qualified and seasoned professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Federal Government Pensions Fund Management Company. This contract-based leadership role requires strategic vision, strong governance, and extensive experience in accountancy and finance to manage and grow pension fund operations effectively.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the organization

Oversee pension fund investment, financial planning, and risk management

Ensure compliance with government policies, laws, and regulatory frameworks

Lead senior management teams and strengthen institutional governance

Report to the Board and relevant government authorities on performance and strategy
Requirements

Minimum 20 years of professional experience in Accountancy & Finance

Proven leadership experience at senior or executive level

Strong understanding of financial management, investments, and public-sector governance

Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills
