Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer, Federal Government Pensions Fund Management Company.
This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive expertise in accountancy, finance, and fund management, with responsibility for strategic direction, governance, and operational oversight of the organization.

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Federal Government Pensions Fund Management Company

• Oversee pension fund operations, investment strategies, and financial performance

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance standards

• Develop and implement policies to enhance fund sustainability and performance

• Liaise with government bodies, regulators, and stakeholders

• Lead senior management teams and ensure effective organizational performance

• Prepare and present reports to the Board and relevant government authorities

• Professional qualification in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related discipline

• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership roles

• Strong background in financial management, investments, and institutional governance

• Proven integrity, leadership, and strategic decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
