The Finance Division, Government of Pakistan invites applications from highly accomplished, experienced, and competent professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Government Pensions Fund Management Company. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing pension fund management operations, ensuring financial sustainability, and maintaining robust governance and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic leadership to the Pensions Fund Management Company

Oversee investment strategy, fund management, and financial performance

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and governance standards

Develop and implement policies for sustainable pension fund growth

Liaise with government stakeholders, regulators, and financial institutions

Supervise senior management and ensure operational efficiency

Ensure transparency, risk management, and accountability
Requirements

Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience

Strong background in accountancy, finance, investment, or fund management

Proven senior leadership or executive management experience

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, governance, and risk management

Excellent strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
