The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (FE&PT) invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Chairperson – ICT Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (ICT-PEIRA). The role involves providing strategic leadership, regulatory oversight, and policy direction to ensure quality education and effective governance of private educational institutions in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to ICT-PEIRA

Regulate and oversee private educational institutions in ICT

Ensure implementation of national education policies and regulatory standards

Lead policy reforms to enhance quality, transparency, and compliance

Coordinate with federal ministries, regulators, and education stakeholders

Monitor institutional performance and ensure accountability
Requirements
-
Minimum 17 years of relevant professional experience

Extensive experience in education management, regulation, or governance

Proven leadership at senior or policy-making levels

Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills
