National Telecommunication & Information Security Board (NTISB) invites applications from highly experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Director – Data Recovery. The role is critical in ensuring the recovery, protection, and continuity of sensitive information systems, supporting national-level information security and cyber resilience initiatives.
Responsibilities

Lead and execute data recovery operations for critical information systems

Design and implement data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies

Analyze data loss incidents and perform forensic-level recovery

Ensure compliance with information security and cyber security standards

Coordinate with IT, cyber security, and infrastructure teams

Develop and maintain data recovery policies and procedures

Prepare incident and recovery reports for management
Requirements
-
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT, Data Recovery, or Cyber Security
-
Strong expertise in data backup, disaster recovery, and recovery tools
-
In-depth understanding of cyber security frameworks and best practices
-
Experience handling sensitive and mission-critical data
-
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
