The role focuses on effective communication, public engagement, and liaison with citizens to support government initiatives and programs.
Responsibilities

Act as a focal point for citizen engagement and communication

Handle public queries, feedback, and grievances professionally

Coordinate between citizens, stakeholders, and government departments

Develop communication strategies to enhance public outreach

Prepare reports, briefs, and communication material

Support awareness campaigns and public information initiatives

Ensure timely dissemination of accurate information
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in stakeholder engagement and public liaison

Ability to manage public-facing roles effectively
