Responsibilities

Provide academic and research leadership in Urdu and Pakistan Studies

Promote and supervise high-quality research and publications

Advise on curriculum development and academic policy

Represent the Ministry in national and international academic forums

Strengthen collaboration with universities and research institutions
Requirements

PhD in Urdu, Pakistan Studies, or a relevant discipline

Minimum 10+ years of academic/research experience

Strong publication and research profile

Proven leadership in academic or research roles
