Asif Ullah Khan brings over 15 years of leadership across social innovation, public policy and community-driven programmes. His career is defined by connecting grassroots realities to system-wide change with experience working with communities, advising senior leadership and building inclusive platforms that scale impact.

PGAN is his ideation, following the successful Oxford National Dialogue on Pakistan’s Permacrisis. An Oxford alumnus, Asif served as an elected Student Trustee of the Oxford University Student Union. He continues to channel this experience into PGAN’s mission by bridging Pakistan’s brightest alumni with Pakistan’s most pressing needs.
